Just adding to this banks’ terrible reputation. Absolutely the worst bank I’ve had an account with. I have been banking here 10 years and I am moving my flow of income from my business to another bank who can provide me with whatever I need ,no problem. I have flawless credit and needed a loan for a boat. I was told I can get the money the same day. One week later, they still had me jumping through hoops. My name somehow is not verified on my account for a zelle transfer. Years without issue. I just called this location and was told to go to a local branch as I live in PA. There are no branches in PA. she said we'll I can't help you with an attitude. I told her if they don't want my PA money I'll move it to a PA bank. She said You do that and hung up.
