I love our bank. Numerous time we have needed help with something, with banking, copies, or fax and always ALWAYS the people are kind courteous and helpful.

I've been unable to access my account on the app. I called Friday, Monday, and again today Wednesday. Each time I was on the phone for over 45 minutes with multiple transfers to reps who were curt, short, passive aggressive, domineering, and would speak over me to the point where they were just yelling into the phone at me. Still no access on the app with no hope of ever getting it. Closed my account. Would not recommend.

Dad has been banking with them for years, but says when he goes to get his pension on the first, they don't want to give him his money. When he tries to deposit money, they are confused and end up putting it in the wrong account.

HOA uses them unfortunately and Had a hold on a payment, they cashed it anyway. They wouldn’t fix it and had to file a fraud charge with my own competent bank which worked as I can see on a screen shot they weren’t supposed to charge. Why a screen shot. Because their website and app don’t work. What a joke of a bank
