Not helping me out, and when asked didn't help at all. Takes all the withdrawals out around midnight so it charges me overdraft fees, then makes the deposit. This is not the first time. Going to find a better bank that doesn't abuse their customers. Avoid Lisa and Joe at this bank.

I will be banking with them for as long as I can.
This place is horrible. I went in to cash my first check from work. I had my regular license. She proceeded to ask for another form of id. I thought it was weird but I was able to show another form of identification. She then proceeded to call my job and ask them if the check was legit.. I felt I was racially profiled. I’ll never go there again.
