I have been trying to get help with my personal account for over 3 hours. I've been on hold with customer service for 30 minutes 2 separate times and 15 minutes the third time and never got to speak with anyone. I also can't reach anyone at my local bank. My issue can't be resolved on line or through the automated system. This is ridiculous!
