Charged my account multiple overdraft fees and I asked for 1 of them back. Manager April was very rude and spoke over me the entire time I was asking to get a refund of 1 of 3 over draft fees. Mind you it was 25 dollars… I have banked here for 5 years now and this is how they treat their loyal customers! Will be closing my account here and soon as everything is finished … “pending” as she called it and I will never trust this bank!! Would highly recommend going somewhere who values loyal customers!
