Let me begin with the employees, they're very helpful, polite, and incredibly kind. However the institution itself is incredibly lacking. Now I have to go to court to get money that is clearly mine. They have more than enough documentation to prove this, but corporate in their greedy tactics is going to drag this out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank like the Plague... Phone calling didn't pickup directly just transfer to 1800 have too waisted times!!
The business name has changed but all the awesome staff remain. Having people who want to help you financially, that gets ten stars!!!
