Disappointing experience at the Mauldin branch on West Butler Road. I came in around 4 PM for help connecting my phone number to Zelle. Kim initially said she could help, but then told me my issue would “take too long” and asked me to have a seat while she helped the next customer. I was told to wait for another employee who was still out to lunch at 4 PM, despite the branch closing at 5 PM. Love this establishment. Atm is very accessible on the go
They charge overdraft $36.00 on business account and $10.00 on personal accounts. There are banks out there they want to get your business and serve you right. Customer service horrible.
