I always have pleasant experiences at this location. The entire staff at this location are wonderful. Ariel and Gadiel are saints to deal with some of the patrons who visit this branch. Last week while I was in line waiting I witnessed then both being screamed at and treated disrespectfully multiple times. They both painted professionalism and stayed kind under high stress interactions. They both deserve a raise for having to deal with what I saw. Customer services is Great everybody is very helpful and efficient specifically (Joe) is very helpful and knows the job very well and very friendly I recommend this location

Ariel is the best since the old person left. I don't know how she does it but her customer service is unmatched !!! The whole entire vibe of the branch is wonderful. And I am looking forward to banking with them in future. I currently bank with SECU a great bank as well but because of the great experience I have had I'm looking forward to being a first citizens customer! The music in the branch is so uplifting. Ariel is such a sweet girl I'm really satisfied with the branch.
I have banked with First Citizens for about 15 years. I have 3 accounts here and historically had good customer service. Until I moved and now nearest to the branch at Kildaire rd. Terrible customer service every time I visit this location. They clearly don’t care about the customer.
