If your money is stolen from your account with this state chartered bank they will not make sure you get your funds so back please keep that in mind before doing business here. This bank or any other state regulated bank is not federally regulated and does not have to follow federal bank regulations that they don’t want to. They have their own regulations.
Very shady, i started having ghost overdrafts show up on my account after telling them IN PERSON to disable overdraft protection (which should stop any overdrafts and just return the charges). They charge 2.50 just to use out of network ATMs for any reason. Definitely a bank to avoid, worst one i've ever used.
Bank says 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I get to the door at 4:56 p.m. they lock the door on me then I ride around to the drive-thru and it says open and then they shut the window on me and hit the close sign it ain't even 5:00 yet so why false advertising plus I'm a loyal customer I keep plenty of money in both accounts it does not seem right to me for y'all to say 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. if you don't stay open to 5:00 p.m.
