Visited this branch in hopes of getting information to set up a trust. Arrived at 9am, informed one of the tellers that I would like to speak with someone about a trust. With being the first customer in the bank, I assumed that I would be assisted quickly. I sat for over 15 minutes and not one single person assisted me. I’ve been going to the Edwards mill location for years. I live on the north end of Raleigh and I will drive all the way across Raleigh when I need to go to the bank to come to this location. There is one person there, especially that makes this place outshine other branches. Hanna always has a very bright smile on her face, is eager to help other people, and very enthusiastic about her job. Horrible attitudes all around they clearly don’t want to be bothered by any work. I was told that it was dangerous for them and I to bring cash in to deposit. Why else would I come to the bank for?
The young girl teller is extremly rude does not acknowledge talk to you nothing. We bring you a lot of business.Teach her some good customer service skills or get rid of her. Everytime I or someone comes in she does not acknowledge us, just takes the money walks away hands you the receipt and walks away. Unacceptable if I could give 0 stars I would.
