Was able to open a checking account but had to wait a business day for my check to process to get money from it.
Posting here too because they don’t care at the downtown Roanoke branch. Maybe someone from their corporate office would like to address the situation. But I doubt it. Their company policy for victims of bank fraud should be tried in a court of law. I cannot believe that they don’t have to do anything about pending fraudulent charges until the money has actually been stolen.
