I’m very unsatisfied with this bank been pay off my loan from July 30 and I still have not released the lien for my title and no one to give me direct answers. Where is the title
My wife and I recently purchased a newly constructed home in Wilmington, NC and used First Citizens Bank for our mortgage loan. Bar none, it was the WORST experience we've ever had in over 35 years of doing real estate. The mortgage officer we dealt with was arrogant and rude and ultimately reneged on the amount he promised us in closing cost assistance. It crazy how much smaller banks have 24/7 customer care but not this terrible bank. We have a business bank and we will be looking to pull away from this bank as there customer service is horrible
