Applied for a HELIC, was told no oroblem, you're approved. On day cleaning sing was to occur, I was notified by Aaron that my application was declined. Don't trust him. He lies and misleads you.
I have use Firstcitizen Bank for years and they have always been fantastic with great customer service until recently they seem to be more interested in collecting junk fees than helping customers. As a disabled veteran that is not always able to come to the branch I can no longer recommend this once great bank am a moving my accounts elsewhere.
