The ones in Raleigh will not get my business but this one in Youngsville is my go to for business needs. Amanda the manager is very personable and prompt and thorough. She makes me feel like part of the family and like I'm back in time the way banking was and should be.
Very disappointed in this bank :( I’ve been a customer for several years and got scammed with a fraudulent check and I made a one time mistake depositing it thinking it was legit employment compensation and now I’m forced to close my bank account and move to another bank. No appeals process or anything. Take your banking needs elsewhere
Zelle stole 800.00 and didn't return it. Because my account had a VoIP number. Attached to first citizen bank is a fraudulent wire transfer partner company.
