Horrible !!! Had problems from the time I opened the account and it was closed without warning a week later I was told when I opened the account there was a 50.00 deposit needed to open I asked is that the minimum required balance was told 1.00 after a week of them not sending me a debit card in the mail I went by bank to withdraw 40.00 which left 10.00 in the account when I opened I was also told there is no monthly fees due to it being an account for a minor so my 10.00 to keep open must have vanished right and the only wa... read more
The ones in Raleigh will not get my business but this one in Youngsville is my go to for business needs. Amanda the manager is very personable and prompt and thorough. She makes me feel like part of the family and like I'm back in time the way banking was and should be.
Very disappointed in this bank :( I’ve been a customer for several years and got scammed with a fraudulent check and I made a one time mistake depositing it thinking it was legit employment compensation and now I’m forced to close my bank account and move to another bank. No appeals process or anything. Take your banking needs elsewhere
