Very disappointed in this bank :( I’ve been a customer for several years and got scammed with a fraudulent check and I made a one time mistake depositing it thinking it was legit employment compensation and now I’m forced to close my bank account and move to another bank. No appeals process or anything. Take your banking needs elsewhere
Zelle stole 800.00 and didn't return it. Because my account had a VoIP number. Attached to first citizen bank is a fraudulent wire transfer partner company.
