I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK. This location in particular. The Tellers aren’t very knowledgeable on foreign exchange ( Nikki, I believe last name is Holloway) in particular. Teller didn’t provide much information on how the exchange works. She did not tell me that they charge a hidden fee for banks commission. So the rate of exchange ends up being higher and I’m cheated out of some of my funds ($25) . My husband recently passed and I just want to say that everyone at this branch has been so helpful to me. So many of us just bank online, that I forgot how good it feels to be treated nicely. Thank you so much.

I have to say that there are several tellers and managers at this branch that have helped me above and beyond the call of duty- with last minute “emergencies” and normal baking too. I enjoy the small bank atmosphere and not being charged a ton of fees. I find that they are very kind and professional with every request I have ever made.
