Great service consistently. They are very friendly, I cashed a check here and they are very nice and considering opening an account soon!
I cannot say enough good things about this branch of First Citizens and their employees. The managers, Alexis, Lee and Blair have all gone above and beyond the call of duty and it is greatly appreciated!
They’re always having a atm issue, ALWAYS. Half of the tellers seem like they could care less about their jobs. I’d suggest using a bank with a actual atm that’s always available not just when they want it to be. I don’t think they understand because a lot of people use the atm to deposit and withdraw because they work the same business hours the banks open so most count on the atm to do so.
