I went there to cash my check which I’ve gone to multiple first citizens since my work check is through there. The teller refused to cash my check even tho my license matched my check. I’ve never had any other bank refuse to cash my check with my license. She told me she needed to speak to my owner to verify and even called her. I give u 1 star bc zero Stars isn't an option. My 98 yr old father, who is not able to get out and can't hear well enough to talk on the phone, and therefore I am his authorized representative, has been a faithful customer for 40 years of First Citizens. Last February, his account was drafted ACH withdrawals way into the negative by Optimum cable. I cannot say enough good things about this branch of First Citizens and their employees. The managers, Alexis, Lee and Blair have all gone above and beyond the call of duty and it is greatly appreciated!
