I opened a buisness bank account over three months ago. I own a construction buisness and we have continually had many problems with electronic payments through zelle and other platforms. I have called in to customer service a handful of times to have them corrected. We have almost 10,000$ out that we can not collect from multiple customers this requires me to have them pay by check or cash to eliminate service fees. Slow slow slow.. plus terrible customer service at this location....everytime i use the drive thru it is awful at this location
