This is hands down the worst establishment in the northern hemisphere. The teller (who should be named karen) had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She claimed she had never seen a cashier’s check from another bank before. Let that sink in. My husband was trying to buy a truck using a cashier’s check issued from our credit union—something that is completely standard with auto loans. I traded my truck in and They deducted a payment from a loan that I had with them and it’s been over 14 days and they still haven’t been reimbursed for it. The place is a joke! The clerks don’t know the difference from a checking and a savings account either.
