I traded my truck in and They deducted a payment from a loan that I had with them and it’s been over 14 days and they still haven’t been reimbursed for it. The place is a joke! The clerks don’t know the difference from a checking and a savings account either.
Great place to bank
I opened a buisness bank account over three months ago. I own a construction buisness and we have continually had many problems with electronic payments through zelle and other platforms. I have called in to customer service a handful of times to have them corrected. We have almost 10,000$ out that we can not collect from multiple customers this requires me to have them pay by check or cash to eliminate service fees.
