I had one of the worst services today. You don’t get any privacy at the front desk and the service was very poor. Please make changes if you want to keep costumers.Drive through is even worst. There is a lady there so sour and poor costumer service it’s almost pitiful to go.

In order to get change, from the drive through, for the business I work for, I have to surrender my ID, verbally verify the info on the ID and then they scan it into their systems every time. I am not a customer, there is zero reason they should keep my personal data in their systems, it's ridiculous and uncalled for. It also prolongs the time it takes to get a simple transaction completed. If I was trying to withdraw money from an account I would understand the need for this process but I'm not.
