If i could give 0 stars, i would. Worst bank i have ever experienced. My husband and i own our own business and unfortunately we got scammed with a fake check. It cleared so we weren't aware at first but as soon as we were made aware, we tried to make it right. We only spent like 5% of the money to begin with but offered to pay it back immediately. I have been working with Sam Darity at this location for a while now, and she is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!
I had one of the worst services today. You don’t get any privacy at the front desk and the service was very poor. Please make changes if you want to keep costumers.Drive through is even worst. There is a lady there so sour and poor costumer service it’s almost pitiful to go.
