Racial profiling. Got off of work after a 12 hour night shift at the hospital and decided to wait at the bank until it opened in about 40 minutes. Cops were called on me (Hispanic female) and employees refused to park while I was there. Was told to leave by police until bank opened. I was still in my nurses uniform just scrolling through my phone. police said I was parked in employee parking but there was no employee parking sign and it was right next to the building. Terrible customer service. The manager was especially was rude, dismissive and made me feel stupid for asking questions. It’s her job to answer but I guess she couldn’t be bothered.
