Very disappointing experience. The customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. The two employees I dealt with were rude, ignored basic customer concerns, and seemed more interested in personal conversations than helping customers. If this bank wants to attract and keep customers, it needs to improve its service and staff attitude. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this branch to others
The service was very poor
The absolute worst bank experience in America. Avoid this specific branch at all costs. I went in to simply cash my paycheck, and they tried to force me into opening a new account. When I refused, they completely changed their attitude, became extremely disrespectful, and made me wait for over an hour under the excuse of "waiting for the manager." There are two Hispanic girls working there who have zero customer service skills and zero respect for clients. If this branch wants to save its business, those two need to be fired... read more
