Fairly nice bank. Clean and well kept. Saving accounts are reasonable. Little high on fees there, but very friendly service which I appreciate.
I really appreciate this branch. I've banked with First Citizens for 25 years, and this branch is particularly competent and friendly. Appreciated Cameron Washington in Financial Services in particular.
I used my own personal check to withdrawal money from my own account and the teller did not accept my check. He was hesitant to give me the amount I requested, which was less than $3k. He pulled out his own bank slip and asked me to sign it. I am almost positive he wanted to compare my signature with their signature card on file. He had my NCDL that is a NC Real ID.
