Teller had me endorse a check and then refused to cash it because he "didn't have the cash" Lying undertrained staff creates security risks for clients then smiles about it without apology. Completely ridiculous behavior. Avoid these clowns. Then the manager calls to discuss the issues at 522 on a Friday admitting the check was completely legitimate and I shouldn't have been treated that way yet has no actual solutions to the problem. Just wasted 33 additional minutes of my life on their bank for absolutely no personal gain ... read more
