The staff members are extremely rude. I was trying to access the locker but the ladies working said that the keys don’t work sometimes. What’s the point of having locker keys if the locker mechanism is just messed up. The process of drilling open the locker is also extremely ridiculous. If the problem has occurred before multiple times, then why has nothing been done yet.
I also thought the reviews were an exaggeration, but no. Terrible, the lady “Brittany” on the phone answers the phone and says “mhmmm” to everything. Then hangs up before we even finish the call, I had to call back twice and unfortunately got her twice more where she hung up on us on a conference call of 4 people. We were all concerned and confused. Go somewhere else, this place is a joke of a bank
