I can’t recommend this branch enough. Beau and his team have gone above and beyond to ensure all our banking needs are met, and I’m highly grateful to them for all their expertise and support.
I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. I had opened an account and deposited a check in person. Then they later called me back asking if I had nowhere else to deposit it because they felt it was strange that I had opened the account online and not in person and made me come back and pick up my check after they reversed the deposit. I have never been treated like a criminal for depositing a check and would not ever go back here.
This is hands down the most frustrating bank to work with. nothing works properly. I linked all my accounts to the point the they know my weight at birth. Still can’t transfer money between accounts although everything says linked. Don’t bank here. save yourself the aggravation!
The App is clunky, the people at the bank are nice but the way the bank has structured the transactions to happen are horrible. Many delays to transfer money. Also one representative said a different thing than the other about the same topic.
