Very kind and professional banks in this brench
Bad service, low interest rates on checking and savings. Opened up both checking & savings. Never got my promised ATM card. They signed me up for a VISA card I didn't want or ask for. They have locked me out of the outline site on multiple occasions without notification. They kept me on lengthy holds on the telephone waiting for customer service to unlock the online account. They are a rinky-dink operation. Best to find a different bank.
Shweta went out of her way to help me resolve an issue I had with my account. She fixed the issue promptly, and in a professional, friendly manner.
Worst experience I’ve had at a bank in years. I am a customer who keeps my business account at this branch. The branch manager Nina refused to notarize a document I needed completed. She wasted over an hour of my time. It was a valid legal document, with a valid ID and I signed it in her presence. She refused to notarize the document and refused to provide any reason why she would do so. I’ll be moving my business to another bank soon.
