Extremely Frustrating Account Opening Experience I attempted to open a new account at First Citizens Bank, and this ended up being the only bank that has ever denied me. Have been using this bank and their services now for nearly 10 years. Multiple accounts and loans serviced with their business banking team. They always come through and deliver as promised. The online portal is just what we need for a small business and serves us well. On several occasions they travel to our business to ensure loans are serviced and check if everything is going okay for us. That's a great neighborly bank! Ok, these 1-star reviews for First Citizens Bank have got to be spam. I don't write a lot of reviews, but feel the need to share a different real-life perspective. First, I bank here (maybe unlike some folks who are writing reviews), and I need to say that the employees at this location are awesome. Very helpful and friendly.
