The account manager who opened my checking account informed me that I would not be charged any fees for the checking account because he was going to make it a digital access account. The account was never placed in "digital access" mode, and so a month after opening the account, my account was debited $12 -- the price that I am required to pay to simply keep my money in their bank, apparently. Had an excellent experience at this branch. We were traveling, and Travis went above and beyond to help us. Excellent customer service and easy to find. Thank you!
About as fun as visiting the dmv.
Awful customer service....rude! Went in yesterday cash check from one of their known customers and was a total negative experience. Sure not any way to do business! Was thinking of opening an account there, but after that, no way!
