Very horrible experience, I've cashed my check at first citizen in Spartanburg before and I'm also cash it at Walmart some reason it's getting declined. Not going to first citizen and I get all these questions and they have to call my boss to verify pretty rude and disrespectful
This bank is absolutely terrible. I had to sit and wait to talk to someone to cash a paycheck. Never had this issue before. Then they had me sit and wait while they were calling my job and asking to speak to several different people. If the company has an account with the bank, why is that an issue. Very awkward situation.
