Great people! Very kind and helpful!
Have had my mortgage with this bank for many years. The staff is always pleasant and the drive through is always quick. The only negative is that they call every month reminding me to please pay my mortgage, even though I don't pay late and have missed a payment.
Never good service in the drive-thru. Busy or slow, you get ignored. Multiple times I watch people talking to each other, fiddling with purses, drinks, food after I've called twice. I have waited between 5-10 minutes, watched people walk in and get service, then get told they're sorry for the wait, they were busy. Currently, I have tried to ask a question twice and the teller keeps waking off in the middle of me speaking.
