I felt discriminated against. I went into the Stonehenge branch on Creedmoor Rd yesterday during my lunch break to cash a check that came from my lawyers office which had first citizen bank on the check. It was two women in the branch one at the drive thru window and a front teller. The front teller helped me but she act like I bought a fake check into the bank t took her awhile typing whatever she was typing in the computer never asked for identification I had to ask her so do you need two forms of identification. I have been with First Citizens Bank for about 10 years for business and personal. First, one of my employees bank account was hacked on a Sunday night and transferred around $50,000 and wiped out his account. He called the bank first thing Monday morning and nothing. The bank NEVER refunded his money. Second, I invested 1.5 million through the banks investment side during a bear market in 2021.
