It's no wonder this bank is always empty. By far one of the most incompetent Banks I've ever bank with. Im just dive into it. If you want to cash a legitimate check here they will make it impossible for you to do that and then light straight to your face about what the FDIC says well I've done some research and what they told me was they're not allowed to call a financial institution and verify a legitimate check I have done my own research and it says that it is up to the bank to indeed call the financial institution to ver... read more
I can't seem to get my debit card delivered from FEDEX I reported my card lost a month ago and still haven't received it yet. This bank doesn't give temporary cards so I have to travel there every time I need money . No can seem to help and it's really inconvenient
