Had a very poor experience today. After waiting nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged for assistance, Jennifer was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I am now considering closing my account with this bank, and would not recommend to anyone.
After waiting for teller to acknowledged me while on the phone 15 mins. Another teller waited on me only to ask inappropriate questions about my cashing a check. Not the normal Do you have an account here as usually expected but it went too far..How do you know this person? What brings you here . I see you are not from here? Speaking suspicious.
