It’s always a pleasure to work with this team of Bankers and esteemed Tellers. I’d be be remiss if I mention Sonya’s big smile that greets me every single time. Or the phone calls to ensure that my account is never compromised. Banking is truly better with FCB.
Desilee discriminated against me when trying to open up a bank account. She stated that its odd I reached out to them to open an account , most times they reach out to potential prospects and stated their is alot of fraud going on so she implied those were my intentions. Avoid unless you like paying $35 a month for a business checking account, slow/no response time, and no comparative benefits to any other bank in the area
Just got off the phone with an associate named Justin about an account my mother left to my three brothers and I which is payable upon death. She passes last month in Atlanta. I have one brother outside the city, one in Texas, one in New Hampshire and I currently reside in Sarasota Florida. I informed him neither myself nor my brothers were familiar with this process.
