Just had to take a moment to thank the team for making all of our business dealings super smooth. We landed at First Citizens after meeting Keval after an introduction from a trusted friend and for years now he has gone above and beyond with any of our needs. Beyond general banking he is a great advisor/ consultant whenever I have off-the-wall questions or need insights into decisions on our financial future. Big thanks for all the care and service!

Desilee discriminated against me when trying to open up a bank account. She stated that its odd I reached out to them to open an account , most times they reach out to potential prospects and stated their is alot of fraud going on so she implied those were my intentions. Then Sonya yelling and screaming , and trying to start a womans rights campaign or a women empowerment campaign cause i told her be quiet when I'm talking.
