Not Recommended for Small Businesses I would not recommend this bank to anyone running a small business. Since opening the account three months ago, we’ve encountered constant issues—from problems with online banking to difficulties sending a simple Zelle payment. Most recently, a routine business purchase was declined multiple times. I’ve now been on the phone with customer service for nearly an hour while they struggle to even access my account. I have to say that I am very impressed by the team here. Brenda and Mina have helped us with a business loan and business checking accounts. The process was as smooth as it could be due to their participation. Brenda has been a key part of making my life easy with the convenience of having a banking agent being at my fingertips for questions. She is responsive and responsible and I wanted to give her a shoutout for her awesomeness.
I am a lucky non-customer of this bank. We just happened to need to open a personal account for a relative here. We walked in 2 weeks prior to this review and a teller asked what we needed. Upon our response, she said the one who open accounts were absent and she handed us a paper to filled in and said email attachment was fine. We went home, filled out the paperwork and sent her as a successful attachment.
