Been a member for some years now , the customer service is very poor. Filed a complaint dec 30 rep hung up mid conversation then called again rep hung. Had to call a branch make a complaint then the person the complaint was on called me days later on a number that was not on my profile. Now it’s Jan 13 back on the phone 📞 once again rep very dismissive been on the line 20 minutes and still no complaint filed ask for supervisor wouldn’t connect me .
