I had an IUD insertion here for the first time. prior to the IUD insertion I spoke with someone over the phone and she informed me that it is a quick procedure (less than 1 min) and painless. She was very nonchalant on the phone so I did not plan on bringing anyone with me. THANKFULLY I asked my sister to come with me just in case.
