Fraudulent. Principal (owner) Russ McClain took our 1/3 down money and hasn't looked back. We're out almost 8k and every attempt to contact him now goes unanswered. Promise in July 2023 was to complete the 28K job in October and we're still waiting. No wonder he's now tied up with another client in the NC Court system for a whole lot more than us. How is he still in business? Nothing but a FRAUD! BEWARE>
