Great people! Awesome service!
Rudely wasted over an hour of my time by failing to mention they only accept cash or check, even for fees. It's really not that hard to just mention this policy on the phone or email to a customer who wants to come pay you. Instead, I needlessly have to make another round trip to their office and lug my kids around for another hour.
One of the worst commercial closing experiences I’ve ever had or could possibly have. First Choice Roanoke’s closer was unresponsive most of the process but when she did respond it was combative, incompetent and unapologetic about all things related to their services where she refused to give basic updates when requested by multiple parties in the transaction. Please do yourself a favor and find another company if trying to complete a commercial transaction as they are not equipped to handle.
