I sell MANY homes representing both buys and sellers and they have always been incredible to work with! Ken, Jill, and Chris are always prompt to respond and problem solve quickly any issues that may come up. There's always a chance that things can go wrong in a real estate transaction (buyer/sellers) etc. People get emotional! We closed on our house in May of 2024, in December of 2024 we get paperwork with the title insurance and the warranty deed. I called them to ask why I’m receiving this almost 8m after my closing and I was told “the paperwork fell behind the file cabinet, and once we saw it we mailed it out”. Which is an obvious lie, I don’t trust this company.
Amazing company and wonderful employees. They make this process so much easier! Chris is absolutely fabulous! Give that man a raise!
I had a business transaction as a buyer here at First Choice Title which had to be cancelled due issues on the seller's side. I then requested return of the nominal earnest money that was submitted and was told by a "Kris" that it would be sent. Approximately three weeks past and we never received the return of the earnest money. So another call was made and a Jill(VP) responded.
