When you walk in the door you will be greeted by one of the prettiest smiles you will ever see. Thank You Jessica. Mrs. Shana was the Greatest. The smartest Lady in the business. The other Ladies in the building are Great as well. Thank You very much for everything.
Shana decided the agreement we had with the seller regarding the price, was not what SHE felt it should be. Although she was not aware of our relationship with the seller, nor was she aware of other personal aspects to our agreement, she made a decision not to complete the closing. Of course this was not mentioned during our closing , as she stated it was being “paused.” No integrity in communication and a complete waste of time.
Abhorrent service. Customer service had been an issue at the onset and communication was non-existent.
