Painful having to ask for help finding something. Especially when you don't speak their language. I would show them a picture of THEIR label for them to see if they have it in stock & they were clueless on what I was asking.
I had a really frustrating experience with the seafood counter at this supermarket. I purchased a lobster from their seafood section to be prepared and asked for it to be chopped. When I got home, I noticed that the meatiest parts of the lobster seemed to be missing. The preparer took the better pieces leaving just the tail and head.
