First Choice Siding replaced our roof in July 2020. Recently, I went up into the attic and discovered mold, mildew, and moisture on joists and insulation. I called Keith Watson (of First Choice Siding) and informed him of the issue. He came out to look at it and stated the reason was insufficient ventilation in the attic.
