Fast friendly, did a great job.
Our septic was scheduled to be pumped 5 days prior to the appointment. 8:00 am on the morning of the appointment, I received a call from the technician telling me a new policy required the use of a backhoe for a 34 inch deep hole and an added cost of around $380.00. We had previously used this company and been very satisfied. The hole had been hand dug with no problem. Needless to say, I contacted another company to do the job. AAA Plumbing will complete the job today without the backhoe.
