Always super fast and easy. The dude with the tats is super cool and helpful.
Tyler's facility was very clean and had several options for our situation. He was very helpful and willing to work with us on determining the right unit to go with. While we only had the unit for a month, he was easy to get ahold of and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Rented a U-haul trailer to move a vehicle and some other items. I checked in and the customer service rep was friendly and effecient pulling up my reservation. The trailer was staged for easy pickup, was connected quickly, and I was on my way promptly. Return went just as smoothly. Overall an outstanding experience.
This place is amazing and understanding. Not many storage places are willing to work with you. Late fees are manageable when life just does some unexpected life things. Kind, helpful, and great business all around. They have climate controlled and non. I believe 5x5, 5x7, and 10x10 are some sizes but they also rent hauls, have car/rv storage spots as well. I pay 175 for a heated 10×10 and find it more than reasonable as my items aren't molding. A 15 late fee after 3 days doesn't put me so far behind I can't catch up on a low... read more
