Added cost to the quote without telling me. Nothing in writing or verbal. Threatened to place a lien on my house unless I paid. highway robbery! Update- Don't be fooled by the polite response. They don't understand the issue of needing an approval for extra added costs and they're not going to be refunding me for the extra amount I paid them.
