Do NOT rent from them! I’ve lived there a week and had MANY issues. Driveway is damaged so badly that my boyfriend fractured his foot. What has their response? “The sidewalk goes up and down too”. Clearly didn’t care at all that it’s a safety issue. I told them I was bringing a dog so they removed all the grass from the patio. Pavers on the patio are uneven and a danger. Filter wasn’t changed and light bulbs missing at move in. TWO LEAKS IN ONE WEEK. Yet they didn’t fix it. Instead Barry went through the apartment taking pic... read more

Barry and an associate installed my gas stove and dishwasher and did an excellent job! Very friendly as well! Looking forward to the plumbing work getting fixed too! Will hire them again for anything I may need in my future renovations.
