Unprofessional and poor workmanship. Had to have a second company fix their shoddy work.
I hired First Choice Radon Remediation in Fall 2024 to install a radon mitigation system in a home that I had just purchased in the North Hills area of Raleigh, NC. They did an excellent job. The entire system looks clean, neat, and professionally installed. Everything is functioning exactly as intended and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend their services.
First Choice Radon has provided exceptional service! After having high levels of radon in my home they installed a fan to decrease the amount of radon in my home. This then brought the level from a 9.0 pCI/L to a 0.5Pci/L. Since then I have retested my home again to ensure the fan is working correctly and to this date it has maintained a 0.7 pCI/L level. First Choice Radon has allowed me and my family to remain safe in our home.
I hired First Choice Radon Remediation of Wake Forest to remediate radon at our house. The install went well and the system has been running correctly to date (2.5 yrs). Their policy to maintain the 5 yr warranty they offer is to have them complete annual test which equate to them dropping a small machine off for a few days, picking it up and sending the report. The 1st year testing cost was $169.95 which seemed a bit high, but tolerable. This year for the same test they charged me $272.95 which is a 61% increase. When I sch... read more
