Company is not very forthcoming about the fact that you are required to sign a 3 year contract up front and you cannot break this without paying in full. Monthly cost is around $50. Meanwhile, you can purchase an entire alarm system like Ring or Simpli Safe for around $200 and receive the same professional monitoring for roughly $10 per month.
