First choice property management is scum, because they treat tenants horrible and kicked innocent family of five, three are babies, out of apt despite fact that they are pay rent every month! I was there. They threat us, talk crap to us, and never fix any issues in apt. They did not do good job kill off roach and bedbug in apartment that already exist in building BEFORE we moved in! it is still persistence today. They gave us very short "end of tenant" notice.
