I just saw a couple of guys from First Choice Property Care driving away from a property in Altona leaving massive amounts of lawn clippings all over the surrounding road and footpath. The property is unoccupied so I guess they knew they could get away with it. I doubt that when the owner booked a service to tidy up their property that they would have expected it to be left quite so untidy! Wouldn't be my "first choice".
