Where do I begin.....it felt like a nightmare for over two months dealing with our landlord and the maintenance technicians he would dispatch to our unit. Our plumbing concerns were valid from the beginning where we first asked to have our kitchen faucet investigated due to a noise that kept coming from it which took over seven days to be addressed. Well where do i begin? One day we noticed a sound behind the walls.. of course it was a leak and the panic set in. Constantly running to the water valve to cut off the constant leaking somewhere unknown? Telling my son to take a quick shower so i can turn the valve back on and off until we can get it looked at.
