Quoted me for parts and labor, I ended up installing the parts and he still tried to charge me for that labor. Then he charged an extra “a-hole” fee when I told him that I could pay for the parts and time to diagnose the problem but that it did not seem fair to charge for labor you did not do. He then dropped by my house and said we would have problems if I did not pay him all of it. Terrible business practice. Would not recommend.
